The incredible Atomium building was built in 1958 for the Expo ’58 – the 1958 World’s Fair held in Brussels. and it’s now a distinctive part of the Brussels skyline. Totally under-rated in our opinion too. Take a look at it in our brand new Video of the Week!

Designed by the engineer André Waterkeyn, The Atomium stands 102m tall, and depicts the shape of a unit cell of an iron crystal – but magnified 165 billion times! Made up of nine stainless steel-clad spheres, it’s definitely one of the world’s most distinctive buildings; and offers a great view from the top.
